At Regions, Capital Markets provides products and services to meet the needs of Corporate, Commercial, and Real Estate clients throughout the bank. Capital Markets offers hedging products that help clients manage risks associated with interest rate, commodity, and foreign exchange exposures. Capital Markets also provides capital raising services to complement the bank’s lending activities and advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions and non-traditional forms of capital. The range of products from Capital Markets helps Regions’ relationship managers compete in today’s market. Capital Markets supports Regions’ line side by helping them win and maintain the role of trusted advisor. The list of product offerings evolves with market demand. Responsibilities
Assists in the development and creation of client marketing materials Generates financial modeling including leveraged buyout and discounted cash flow analyses Works with senior team members and other groups within the bank to prepare transaction offering documents Assists in conducting bank/investor meetings as well as sell-side management presentations Conducts industry and market research Completes valuation analyses Conducts and assists in financial due diligence This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Analyst program length may be 2 or more years. Emerging Talent Program Analysts start with a six-week training program before beginning work within their business unit (this does not apply to hires outside of the Emerging Talent Program). — Corporate and Institutional Markets includes loan syndications, leveraged finance, fixed income and equity capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, mergers and acquisitions, and private/alternative capital advisory for middle market companies. Financial Risk Management
— FRM provides hedging products to manage risks associated with interest rate, commodity, and foreign exchange exposures. Real Estate Project Finance
— Real Estate Project Finance provides client-specific off-balance sheet financing solutions through Agency Products (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD). Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance Preferences
Master of Business Administration (MBA) Past relevant experience (e.g., summer internships or 1–2 years experience) Skills and Competencies
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure Clear, logical thinker with strong quantitative and qualitative abilities Commitment to excellence and achieving results Creative problem solver with the ability to perform well under pressure Energetic self-starter with willingness to work long hours and handle multiple responsibilities Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal) Strong sales and communication skills Position and Compensation

$110,218.50 USD Incentive Pay Plans:
