Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist at CASE Management Consulting! This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly) Responsibilities
Provide statistical and mathematical support to analyze and interpret a wide range of data to help SISPV leadership understand the value of anomalies and support strategic decisions Interpret and analyze leadership information needs and design and implement data analysis projects to address those needs by incorporating best practices, appropriate data, and proven techniques from experience or research methods. Leverage wide-ranging data sources (e.g., web traffic, customer requests for information, survey data, stated and implied requirements, production databases, human capital data, etc.) to develop and communicate understanding of phenomena and trends Provide insights through repeatable, transparent analysis that will be used to inform SISPV strategy and decisions Assist in the construction of data sets and data views to utilize and communicate complex data sets meaningfully and appropriately Assist with implementation of statistical analysis process improvements and incorporation of statistical research into new analytical products and methods Generate and maintain reports, schematics, and other documentation sufficient to maintain awareness of data ingest, conditioning and visualization processes on a regular basis and modify them as required Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to SISPV leadership Develop performance metrics to assess business analytics maturity level Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Skills and Experience
Required: An active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI/poly Bachelor\'s degree or higher in relevant scientific or technical fields 11-14 years of relevant experience Familiar with data mining and database management Experienced in advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools Proven leadership in directing technical and analytical teams for complex problems Skilled in developing mathematical algorithms and applications Ability to identify system enhancements and business cases Experience providing training for new systems and capabilities Strong independent work ethic in fast-paced environments Excellent team collaboration skills CASE Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
