WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE: You don’t need to tick every box to apply. If you learn fast and love turning chaos into clarity, we want to hear from you. 3–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics in a high-growth environment, healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus

Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, dynamic arrays, and scenario analysis

Experience with cost and headcount analytics, including vendor taxonomy, HC reconciliation, and payroll bridges

Understanding of accounting close processes and how journals flow into FP&A reporting

Familiarity with BI or cube tools

Clear communication that turns analysis into practical recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

Bias to automate and document, comfortable working with imperfect data while improving it

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress quickly. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability: Introductory call or interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.

If there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager, Rob. This more structured interview will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.

All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and keep it as simple as possible.
