Your role. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing sound advice on the best use of system capabilities Collaborate with leaders, users, and stakeholders to gather requirements for new systems or modifications, ensuring that functional design requirements are meticulously documented Lead or assist with assurance technology initiatives to improve the staff experience and balance competing demands to achieve technology platform objectives Review the work of others to ensure the delivery of high-quality products Design and execute acceptance testing processes to enhance quality and mitigate operational risks Validate QA test plans Develop easy-to-maintain templates Address staff inquiries regarding technical issues related to assurance support applications The qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required 3-5 years of public accounting experience and an interest in the use of technology is required 3+ years experience in customer or client service experience Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Highly proficient in MS office applications Experience with Intapp software is a plus Experience in low-code and no-code solutions is a plus Experience with MS PowerApps, PowerBI, or SQL is a plus LI identifiers have been omitted for clarity. For Colorado & Illinois applicants: We offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements vary based on hours worked. Eligible staff may also participate in Flexible Time Off and designated holidays, plus a 401(k) plan and other benefits. A Pension plan is available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Seasonal staff may have limited benefits. Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience. The posted compensation reflects a position located in CO or IL; please review the specific location for applicable details.
