Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze functional expense forecasts on a monthly basis. Review, analyze and approve purchase requisitions. Work cross-functionally to collect data and set up reporting. Prepare actuals-to-forecast and actuals-to-budget variance reporting and trend analysis. Assist in preparation of quarterly management reporting packages. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required by manager and CFO. Administer and enhance use of Hyperion for forecast and budget consolidation and results analysis. Interact with all levels of the organization, help to drive business performance and efficiencies. Qualifications
BS/BA in Finance/Accounting or related required; MBA a plus. 3-6 years of experience; must demonstrate working knowledge in relevant areas. Excellent analytical skills. Strong MS Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Working knowledge of GAAP. Strong desire to learn with a “can do” attitude, and comfortable with large data sets and new systems. Oracle, NetSuite, and Hyperion experience a plus. Benefits
