Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will assist the Accounting and Financial Reporting teams with various projects on a rotation basis, including but not limited to: Property Accounting:

Perform month-end close activities, review invoice coding, prepare journal entries, property balance sheets, income statements, analyze fluctuations, and prepare CAM and bank reconciliations. Real Estate Development:

Assist with project setup and month-end close activities, including journal entries for construction accruals, WIP transfers, and monthly construction reporting. Transactions:

Conduct purchase accounting analysis, sale analysis, and review settlement statements. Investment Accounting:

Assist with quarterly NAV updates, prepare new investment packages, and perform ad-hoc investment analyses. SEC Financial Reporting:

Support external reporting like 10Q/10K, perform reconciliations, and analyze data for quarterly earnings releases. Tax:

Assist with tax compliance reporting, including support for tax returns and REIT compliance. Other Functional Groups:

Support teams such as Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable with various projects. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles. CPA preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus. Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The hourly wage range for this position is $48.08 to $55.29 USD, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Actual wages depend on various factors including experience, education, skills, location, and company policies.
