Management Aide, Part-Time (Assigned to Human Resources/Risk Management) We’re hiring for a part-time Management Aide in the Human Resources/Risk Management Department. This position works no more than 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Salary range: $34.23 - $41.60 hourly.

What You’ll Do

Assist with researching, planning, organizing, and implementing programs and special projects, including implementing an electronic filing system.

Participate in the preparation and revision of Human Resources/Risk Management policies and assist in implementing new administrative procedures.

Perform research and analysis on administrative matters and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.

Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed.

Ability to conduct research and prepare reports.

Ability to provide administrative support and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Resourceful, eager to learn, and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.

A typical path includes:

Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, supplemented by college-level coursework in public administration, business administration or a related field.

Experience: Five (5) years of increasingly responsible clerical, technical, and routine administrative experience.

Physical Demands And Working Conditions

Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and by telephone.

Occasionally bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull drawers to retrieve and file information.

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 25 pounds.
