Shared responsibility for fund financing arrangements for a variety TPG funds, which is currently a portfolio of 30+ financing arrangements covering over 40+ funds. Shared relationship management responsibility for fund finance lenders, currently 60+ lenders. Responsible for evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of fund finance transactions. Active management of the loan book, including consistently monitoring market conditions for repricing, restructuring, extension, and structural enhancement opportunities. Serve as a TPG representative at industry events and conferences, and in regular relationship review meetings and prospecting for new banking relationships. Monitor TPG wallet and contribute to the direction of productive opportunities to significant capital providers. Work with deal teams and other TPG capital markets colleagues to provide credit support and/or letters of credit for portfolio situations as they arise. Oversee the maintenance of the firm’s loan portfolio: coordination of borrowing requests and paydown notices, information delivery and compliance requirements, maintenance of the loan documentation library and quarterly compliance matrix, tracking and reporting of all fund‐level guarantees, credit support and letters of credit. Active participation and partnership with other members of the Treasury Capital Markets group, contributing to a team oriented and supportive culture where we work together, celebrating accomplishments and milestones as a team. Requirements Minimum of 6 to 8 years in a fund finance, credit structuring, liability management or debt capital markets role at a major financial institution, alternative investment manager, or law firm. Meaningful experience in the fund finance market is a strong preference. Demonstrated negotiation skills with track record of closed transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment, while also being comfortable with individually managing processes to successful outcomes. Intellectual curiosity to solve problems with limited inputs and/or instruction. Ability to lead and inspire internal and external partners and service providers to rally around a project and drive to a successful outcome. Excellent presenter; strong written and verbal communication skills. It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will be up to $150-190,000. Base salary is one component of TPG’s competitive total rewards package which typically includes discretionary compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off.
