Project Analyst

Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll support multiple small-to-medium initiatives currently in rollout. The position blends project coordination, reporting, scheduling, research, inventory tracking, customer support, and process improvement. Responsibilities
Collect and validate project details from field teams to support setup and execution. Audit readiness in internal systems and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet milestones. Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. Calculate order needs, place labor/material requests, and monitor inventory levels. Review planograms and layouts to ensure accuracy for resets; flag discrepancies. Coordinate bulk and replacement orders through distribution channels. Partner with issue resolution teams to troubleshoot and resolve field concerns. Assist with scheduling, post-reset follow-up, and one-off requests from field partners. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. This is a 16-month contract role in the Atlanta area, offering exposure to the retail operations environment. You’ll join a collaborative, high-energy group with a casual dress code, hybrid work model (in-office and remote), and the chance to gain valuable hands-on business skills. Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Coordinator, or Manager. Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end, from defining scope to delivery. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, SUMIF) with regular use in current role. Skilled in creating reports through Excel or similar tools. Experience developing PowerPoint decks to present project updates to leadership. Strong background in process improvement and identifying efficiencies. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available. Employment details
