Director of Accounting
to lead firmwide financial operations from its Fort Lauderdale office. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone with deep experience in audit, trust accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls—ideally within a legal or professional services setting. 10+ years
of progressive experience in accounting and financial operations Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA/CMA highly preferred Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred Expertise in
trust accounting, GAAP, audit prep, and ASC 842 compliance Experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity reporting Ability to lead system/process improvements and collaborate across departments SalaryRange: $150,000–$190,000base(commensuratewithexperience;CPA/legalbackgroundmaycommandhigher)
