Overview
We are seeking an analytical and results-driven
Associate Director, Finance
to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across multiple brands. This role serves as a key financial advisor to respective business leaders and PMX senior leadership. Candidate must be open to a dynamic environment and will require the ability to dive into the details while also managing from the top. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of finance and leadership experience, preferably within the media or advertising industry. Responsibilities
Act as the lead financial business partner to business senior leadership, advising on budgeting, reporting, commercial modeling, and profitability. Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting cycles, and financial modeling in coordination with Groupe FP&A and business unit leaders. Manage month-end close processes alongside controllership team to complete journal entries, reporting, and adhering to GAAP audit compliance. Analyze P&Ls, staffing models, and intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with contractual and operational goals. Manage all intercompany agreements with sister agencies with senior leadership Support internal and external audits, payroll reconciliation, and resource cost allocation. Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Accounting, Billing, Corporate Finance) and external client procurement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA a plus 5+ years of finance, FP&A, or accounting experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs) Experience with financial systems (preferably with HFM and SAP) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in media or advertising is a plus Interest in Sports is also a plus Additional information
