Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm dedicated to commercial real estate with a strong ranking in the Am Law Global 100, has an exciting full-time opportunity for an Associate in the Real Estate Practice of our Chicago office, including exposure to clients from a variety of industries across the country. Responsibilities

Handle and contribute to real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development. Attend to significant transactional responsibilities with guidance and mentorship from Senior Associates and Shareholders. Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail and strong client service. Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, development). Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage a challenging workload. Strong academic credentials and writing skills. Candidates with big firm experience are preferred. Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred. Application Materials

Salary range: $260,000 – $300,000 per year, with actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits described in the posting.
