Assist the Financial Planner in preparing for and conducting client meetings, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and personalized service. Manage all pre-meeting tasks, including data gathering, agenda creation, client paperwork preparation, Investment Policy Statements, and asset allocation strategies. Handle post-meeting follow-ups such as financial situation analysis and coordinating implementation with external professionals when necessary. Execute and support investment account transactions, including individual trades, cash management, portfolio rebalancing, and tax loss harvesting. Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients. Independently manage and nurture ongoing client relationships. Collaborate with the Lead Financial Planner on portfolio maintenance and management. Serve in a supporting role on the Investment Committee, contributing to research and decision-making. Use proprietary software to manage account models, trading, and tax strategies. Conduct ongoing fund research under the guidance of the Chief Investment Officer, including fund swaps and model updates. Assist with preparing and coordinating portfolio reviews in collaboration with the Investment Committee. Build meeting agendas and facilitate productive client discussions. Key Qualifications
Active FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA-recognized equivalents) Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) CFP certification or equivalent industry credentials strongly preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while keeping the Lead Planner informed of progress and obstacles Seniority level
