Overview
Senior HR Manager Total Rewards to join our client's dynamic HR team. You will lead comprehensive total reward programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leaders to design compensation and benefit strategies that meet business needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior leaders and external partners to continuously align total reward strategies with organizational goals. Oversee the development, execution and delivery of HR strategies and services, demonstrating a flexible, engaging leadership style. Stay up to date and ensure full compliance with compensation and benefit laws and regulations. Recruit, retain and coach division staff. Develop and implement division goals, policies, procedures and budgets. Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. At least seven years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred qualifications
SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certified Compensation Professional Certified Benefits Professional Workday experience Experience with self-funded insurance plans Seniority level
