Multi State Business Defense law firm seeking an attorney to join with a book of business. This is a permanent leadership role in business litigation. Base pay range : $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of complex commercial litigation cases, including class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and litigation strategies. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration. Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm to develop and implement effective litigation strategies. Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and legal staff. Promoting the firm’s services and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Staying updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable and efficient manner. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations.
