$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support cases. Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, and other family law documents. Conduct consultations and provide strategic legal advice on family law matters. Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes to secure favorable client outcomes. Prepare cases for hearings and trials, representing clients in court. Conduct legal research and stay current on family law developments. Maintain organized and compliant case files. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in family law, specifically divorce cases. Licensed to practice law in California. Strong knowledge of California family law and court procedures. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Compassionate, client-centered approach to sensitive issues. Culture & Firm Appeal
