The Senior Data Reporting Consultant is on the People Systems Data and Reporting Team that supports all of the People department analytics and reporting across various platforms, but primarily the Workday ecosystem. They’ll assist with business process performance by identifying and communicating trends for business process optimization, handling complex research and analysis, providing recommendations, and supporting People Analytics solutions. The Senior Data Reporting Consultant supports end-to-end HR operations by utilizing Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and PRISM Analytics to build tailored, role-based reports while ensuring strict data security and audit compliance through Workday's object and domain security model. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours. Confer with Stakeholders concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements Ensure data integrity is maintained by accurately interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Ensure proper data security and privacy policies roles and policies are applied Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver the most accurate reporting data Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or method Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies in Employee data Blend and automate data May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Skilled in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data Skilled in turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software Understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among unrelated events) Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Education

Required: High School Diploma or GED Experience

Expert-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in supporting Human Resources with focus on Analytics and HR data Reporting and/or analytics reporting experience Preferred: Experience in Workday Reporting and Calculations Preferred: Advanced experience in Workday PRISM, People Analytics, and Workday Report Writer skills Preferred: Advanced experience with data extraction, data cleaning, and data integration Preferred: Expert knowledge of Data Analytics to include Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc. Preferred: Expert knowledge of Data Management, such as SQL, ETL (e.g., Alteryx, SSIS, Informatica, Talend), and Data Warehousing Preferred: Expert knowledge of Data Governance to include data lineage, metadata management, master data, and quality frameworks Preferred: Strong consulting and client-facing experience Preferred: Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Preferred: Project management or experience leading complex data initiatives Licensing/Certification
