— Location: Chicago, IL or New York, NY. Reporting to: Litigation Support Director. Base pay range:

$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr . This range is provided by Loeb & Loeb LLP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Litigation Support Analyst to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide technical and analytical support for litigation matters, ensuring the effective management, processing, and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI). You will collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and IT staff to facilitate discovery, manage legal technology tools, and support the end-to-end litigation lifecycle. Responsibilities

Provide technical support in the identification, collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of electronic data. Assist with the implementation and use of litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Case Notebook, Trial Director, Everlaw, etc.). Manage databases and case files, ensuring accurate indexing, coding, and organization. Support document review teams by creating and managing review workflows, searches, and productions. Coordinate with eDiscovery vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective processing of data. Assist with trial preparation, including creating exhibits, timelines, and presentations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to litigation support platforms. Ensure compliance with legal hold procedures and chain-of-custody protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, data sources, and processing steps. Stay updated on evolving tools and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology. Proficiency with litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, Case Notebook, Trial Director, Everlaw, etc.). Familiarity with ESI lifecycle and legal discovery processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Experience working in a law firm, legal department, or eDiscovery provider. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
