About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Production Planner
to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be the person who keeps production running smoothly - making sure schedules are clear, materials are ready, and customer orders are completed on time. It's a key position where you'll analyze data, solve problems, and help drive efficiency across our supply chain and operations.
What You'll Do
Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time.
Track inventory and materials, making sure supplies are in place before they're needed.
Review data and trends to spot opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes.
Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, and management to keep workflows running smoothly.
Create and maintain reports, schedules, and progress updates to share with leadership.
Play a key role in continuous improvement projects, helping make operations faster and more effective.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field - or 3+ years of production planning/supply chain experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and reports.
Excellent communication skills - able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels.
Organized, detail-focused, and proactive in solving challenges.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts or process improvement is a plus.
APICS, Lean, or Green Belt certification a bonus (but not required).
