top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record Active Bar Admission
in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing 3–4 years
of substantive experience with
intellectual property
matters, including
copyright litigation , in a
law firm setting Undergraduate coursework
and
technical background
working at the intersection of technology and copyright law, particularly
emerging tech Strong writing, oral advocacy, and research skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to take on increasing levels of responsibility Key Responsibilities Represent major
technology ,
media , and
entertainment clients
in high-profile
copyright
and
digital rights litigation Draft motions ,
briefs , and
pleadings
and manage
discovery
and
pre-trial strategy Conduct complex
legal research
and

relevant to litigation strategy Collaborate with senior litigators and cross-functional teams to develop innovative legal arguments Advise clients on
