Own the End-to-End Client Project Lifecycle.
You\'ll manage customer orders from the initial purchase order to final shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery information. Become a Trusted Partner to Key Accounts.
Build exceptional rapport, proactively communicate project milestones, and serve as the vital link between clients and internal production teams to ensure a world-class experience. Serve as a Proactive Problem-Solver.
Take the lead on resolving customer inquiries with speed and precision, collaborating with Quality Assurance, Accounting, and Production to deliver swift and effective solutions. Contribute to a Culture of Excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance communication, and elevate the overall customer experience, making a direct impact on the team\'s success. Qualifications
Experience:
2-5+ years in a customer service, account management, or project coordination role, preferably within a B2B manufacturing, printing, or industrial environment. Detail Obsession:
