Overview
The Global Process Owner for Supplier Management manage a high complexity process across a large group of XFNs at Meta. This role involves control design, identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and controls, and collaborating closely with Supplier Management and Sourcing teams to incorporate needs into a robust, global process framework Responsibilities
Drive the strategic plan, global business process transformation roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives for Supplier Management, encompassing policy, process, tools, and data Provide direction and oversight over Supplier Management processes in a fast pace environment, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders on the global Supplier Management process direction Enhance reporting and monitor compliance with global and local Supplier Management policies Measure and report on key Supplier Management process performance metrics Monitor process controls and drive control design improvements in conjunction with Risk & Controls and Operations Maintain and document relevant policies and procedures Collaborate across geographies and business units to harmonize process requirements Partner with Enterprise Engineering & Modern Finance teams to develop best-in-class Supplier Management processes, removing roadblocks and building scalable solutions Build a collaborative working relationships with Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing, Compliance teams and external business partners, focusing on driving efficiencies and improving service levels Minimum Qualifications
8+ years, potentially with experience in Supplier Master or related Finance Operations areas Solid understanding of process and operational frameworks and their application across varying environments, with proven track record to drive process improvements through simplification, redesign, and automation Solid understanding of internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance Subject Matter Expertise understanding of global Procure to Pay and Supplier Master Management Demonstrated experience of resourcefulness and adaptability in problem-solving Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners in a global, cross-functional environment Project management and governance experience, including leading large-scale process initiatives Preferred Qualifications
Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company Public Compensation:
$137,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
