Design Program Manager Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote flexibility – PST/EST preferred) Duration: 12 Months (Contract) About the Role We are seeking a
Design Program Manager
to join our Product Experience Design & Innovation (PXDI) organization. In this role, you will oversee multiple, high-visibility design programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless collaboration across design, product, engineering, and business teams. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and enabling cross-functional success. Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of design programs by managing scope, schedules, milestones, and resources. Partner with design, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment. Facilitate effective communication, team meetings, and program updates to stakeholders. Identify risks early, propose mitigations, and act as a key escalation point. Define and uphold design quality standards while ensuring deliverables meet customer and business needs. Support additional PXDI and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of program or product management experience within design/technology environments. 4–7 years of Agile Program Management experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong knowledge of
design processes, UX strategy, and design operations . Proficiency with project/design tools such as
Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office . Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in agency or product design organizations preferred. Seniority level:
