About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Strategy and Operations to drive our organization’s transformation and growth. As a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead the redefinition of our customer strategy and enhance business planning processes. We are looking for a candidate who excels in strategy, operations, and change management, particularly within SaaS or technology-driven settings.
Your responsibilities will include scaling business operations, establishing a robust services product management function, and ensuring that our Customer Success organization has the necessary tools and processes to achieve outstanding results. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years in go-to-market operations, with at least 5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
We seek a leader with exceptional strategic thinking abilities, a strong track record of influencing at all levels, and a proven history of delivering results in large-scale, cross-functional projects. You will also be responsible for budget planning and management, team leadership, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
