This position will develop, influence, and implement a partner strategy that ensures alignment between business units (BU) and DBT, with a mission to more effectively achieve both BU-specific and AV enterprise objectives. The role contributes to the evolution of AV’s Digital Transformation initiative by collaborating with Business Partners to determine the strategic direction for BU-specific and enterprise-wide solutions. Within the assigned Business Partner/Business Unit, the analyst acts as a conduit of information, becomes a BU subject matter expert, and showcases the potential of digital transformation. Position Responsibilities

Partner with business units to ensure decisions are viewed through the customer lens.

Collaborate with partner BUs to reimagine processes using people, process, data, and technology Communicate the value of the BU relationship to team members and customers

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for designated partner business units Attend designated partner BU meetings and document workflows and day-to-day operations Explain roles and daily activities for various BU roles; gain knowledge in both technology and business Act as a trusted advisor to the BU and point of contact for BU & DBT stakeholders Work with BU leadership to establish and maintain a three-year business and DBT solution roadmap Use business analysis techniques and business cases to define high-level product features and service levels Focus on business value, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and capability requirements Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to foster creativity and innovation Conduct business process gap analysis to optimize processes toward digitalization and automation Analyze business requirements and collaborate with business and DBT teams to identify data elements and prepare specifications Develop deep knowledge of the business partner’s BU and build strong relationships Business Requirements and Delivery

Define business requirements for designated BUs Draft requirements to obtain data from enterprise data teams; analyze data for trends to improve the business Manage technology demand pipeline across assigned BU; assist BU leaders in defining business cases Monitor technology planning and deployment aligned with business vision; surface and optimize potential value from DBT capabilities Contribute to requirements, design, and review sessions; identify business-based risks Ensure collaboration and availability of business resources for projects Promote adoption of implemented solutions and align initiatives with roadmaps and priorities Demonstrate system capabilities (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Hyperion) to solve business problems Gather requirements with business users; assess feasibility and solution delivery; approve high-level changes Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management Analyze end-to-end, moderate to high complexity processes within one or more functional areas Collaboration and Optimization

Collaborate with peers and project managers to balance BU and enterprise optimization Transfer solution knowledge and BU needs to leadership and peers Work with peers to standardize processes and ensure technology strategy aligns with business needs Negotiate tradeoffs to maximize business benefit; manage post-implementation enhancements Monitor production issues for opportunities to enhance workflows and escalate when necessary Serve as SME to prioritize technology projects and align with ROI-focused IT strategy Partner with PMO to manage cross-department projects and adoption of new IT solutions Assist in developing and executing strategic plans; create presentations and reports for leadership Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 12-15 years of BRM/BA experience with multiple SaaS and Cloud Systems (e.g., Workday, LogicGate, Hyperion EPM/FCCS, Kronos, Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud) with expertise in functional areas such as Project Accounting, Inventory, Supply Chain, Project Costing, Billing, Revenue, Capital Projects, AR and Financial Applications Strong knowledge of Sales, CRM, Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing, HCM, Reporting, Analytics Extensive experience on projects related to financial systems Experience with Workday, LogicGate, Hyperion EPM/FCCS, Kronos, Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud; familiarity with 3rd-party SaaS support and issue resolution Strong knowledge of interfaces, workflow, and underlying database tables Strong communication skills (oral, written, negotiation, listening, influencing) Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies

Office environment (Constant) Ability to sit/stand for long periods; operate computer and keyboard (Frequent) Special Requirements

U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required Occasional travel within the Continental U.S. Salary

The salary range for this role is

$136,807 - $194,040 . AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including location, role, responsibilities, experience, education/training, and key skills. ITAR Requirement

This position requires compliance with ITAR and/or EAR. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person or be eligible for an export license.
