Senior Assistant Store Manager role at Spencer's. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience is required. This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The job requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Equal Opportunity
