What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team.
Shape Systems & Processes – Oversee inspections, audits, compliance, and certification programs with a strong focus on ISO 9001, ASME Section VIII pressure vessel welding standards
Develop NQA-1 nuclear quality standards, ensuring the company can meet the requirements of the nuclear industry.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and launch initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
Make a Global Impact – Manage quality for worldwide operations, including certifications and compliance across multiple countries and governing bodies, including the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality management, with proven success in building and leading teams.
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, including experience implementing and maintaining certified quality management systems.
Strong working knowledge of ASME pressure vessel and welding codes (Section VIII, Section IX), including hands-on experience with welder qualifications, WPS/PQR development, and compliance oversight.
Experience with NQA-1 quality assurance requirements for nuclear or similarly regulated industries.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to recognize problems, implement solutions, and inspire a culture of improvement.
Excellent communication skills—you know how to lead meetings, collaborate across departments, and represent company with confidence.
Compensation:
$130,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
