Job Description: HSE Site Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Site Lead to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices at our renewable energy sites. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety of our employees, contractors, and the surrounding environment. Location: United Kingdom | Start Date: 23 July 2025 | Pay Rate: £550 Per Day
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Provide HSE training to employees and contractors
Investigate incidents and near misses
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an HSE professional in the renewable energy sector
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant HSE qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
