7+ years of cross-functional experience in a product development environment. Experience in Hot Wheels Licensed Entertainment Tracks and Playsets design with forward-thinking innovation. Data-driven with strong analytical and quantitative thinking. Collaborative and able to drive projects cross-functionally with a wide range of personalities. Self-directed problem-solver who can tackle challenges and manage multiple parallel projects. Structured thinker who can develop frameworks to support strategic decisions. Knowledge of trends in the toy space and adjacent industries. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in production-related capacity. You are also a role model who inspires your team to create toys that matter. The Opportunity

The Product Design Manager will lead and inspire designers on one or more key segments of Hot Wheels Licensed Entertainment Tracks and Playsets, creating innovative products. Stay on top of trends, pop culture, kid insights, and fun play. Execute and help create product design visions, strengthen the designers voice, and provide hands-on management when required to keep the business moving. Grow and develop your design team for future leadership within the organization. Responsibilities

Lead design initiatives for Hot Wheels Licensed Entertainment Tracks and Playsets; ideate, sketch, illustrate, and develop rough models; ensure final modeling and production readiness. Contribute to product design vision; bring fresh perspectives and design concepts; design for target consumers with usability in mind. Create and maintain a visual design language that aligns with the Hot Wheels edge and storytelling through play. Present concepts clearly to varied audiences; distill concepts into narratives to gain buy-in across the organization. Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, and Product Management teams; leverage cross-functional partnerships. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to efforts outside core area as needed; manage multiple projects with internal and external resources.
