Our Store Managers are responsible for building a team of top performers, creating an amazing customer experience, and empowering the team to be their very best. You manage all aspects of a store, including hiring and training the best associates to represent the brand and overseeing store operations to reach company sales and profitability goals. You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates and customers every day. You bring energy to a winning team.
The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals, addressing the store’s unique strengths and challenges.
Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Motivate and engage the team by identifying strengths.
Provide and receive feedback to improve performance and develop team members.
Communicate clear expectations and hold the team and yourself accountable to results.
Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.
Establish trust within the team and remain composed under challenges.
Provide leadership on floor sets, visual merchandising, and related tasks.
Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and manage operations in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
Schedule employees to leverage strengths and maximize productivity.

Qualifications
2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business (preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical targets.
Flexible availability to meet business needs (including evenings and weekends).
May require occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions in accordance with applicable standards.
Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance.

Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, or via virtual methods.
Ability to reach at or below shoulder level and carry equipment or move boxes as needed.
For Stores & Distribution Centers: bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
