Hoffman Landscapes Client Representative – Property Care Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus compensation up to $20,000 Overview
As a Client Representative for Hoffman Landscapes, you manage approximately 65 clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships, engaging clients in ideas for property enhancements, and ensuring service quality is second to none. You will monitor work for our clients to ensure it is complete and of high quality, with attention to detail, proactive communication, and a hospitality-focused approach. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, address concerns, inquiries, or requests, build and maintain long-lasting relationships, and conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure needs are met. Quality Management: Assist internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, perform quality audits, submit feedback to leadership, proactively address service issues, and oversee execution of work orders to meet client expectations. Proactive Sales: Identify opportunities to enhance client properties, prepare and follow up on proposals, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional landscaping services. Reporting and Administration: Participate in weekly quality assessments with leadership, discuss proposals and design opportunities, and assist with billing or collections when necessary. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field is preferred but not required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with proven account management experience preferred. Strong understanding of landscaping services, design, products, and industry trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with landscape management software (e.g., Aspire) is a plus. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, cleanups, lawn care, plant care, and irrigation systems. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Relevant certifications (e.g., CLP, CLT) are a plus. Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills. Account Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail. Sales Ability: Track record of driving growth and achieving targets. Problem Solving: Quick, professional resolution of client concerns. Time Management: Strong organizational skills for multiple clients and priorities. Customer Care: Strong listening skills and commitment to hospitality for every client.
