Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and effective calling processing to coordinate patient admissions
Schedule PHP assessments via MS4 and Outlook Calendars
Ensure verification of insurance eligibility and benefits
Update the bed board
Ensure thorough communications with other admissions department staff
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma Required
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a human service, social service, psychiatric, or mental health setting, performing administrative duties, telephonic triage and inquiries, and customer service.
