About Us:

We are a licensed early childhood education center dedicated to fostering social, emotional, and intellectual development in children aged 6 weeks to 6 years! We are currently seeking a Center Director who will lead our team with vision, integrity, and a genuine love for children. Position Summary:
The Center Director is responsible for the overall management of the daycare center, including staff supervision, curriculum oversight, enrollment, licensing compliance, and family engagement. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of child development and early education best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure a safe, healthy, and educational environment Hire, train, and manage teaching and support staff Ensure compliance with state and local childcare licensing regulations Build strong relationships with families and the community Manage budgets, enrollment, and administrative duties Support curriculum implementation and staff development Handle conflict resolution and crisis management professionally and promptly Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Minimum of 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for nurturing young minds and empowering educators What We Offer:
