In Office This is a seasonal position from December 2025 to mid-April 2026, offering up to 40 hours a week with an 8am-5pm schedule, including occasional weekend shifts. Your Typical Day As a Seasonal Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for clients and staff. Your daily activities will include: Answering phone calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintaining a welcoming reception area, organizing conference rooms and the kitchen for clients and team members. Greeting and assisting walk-in clients with a friendly demeanor. Scheduling appointments and reserving meeting rooms efficiently. Preparing accounts payable vouchers for expenses. Assisting with mailing and communication tasks. Placing orders for supplies and lunches as necessary. Filling in for the administrative runner and providing administrative support across departments. Completing projects assigned by the Office Administrator, Market Leader, or Department Heads. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned projects. Adhering to project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. Who You Are Available to work seasonally from mid-December 2025 to mid-April 2026. Possess a strong customer service orientation. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in operating a multi-line telephone system. Able to work overtime and Saturdays during busy tax periods. Commit to the highest professional standards while maintaining strict client confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Have 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience. Physically able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, stretch, and lift up to 20 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
