Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing patient-centered care, adhering to departmental standards and practices. You will collaborate with medical professionals and care teams to give personalized and compassionate care, following established nursing practices. As an advocate for patients and their families, you will embody the mission and values of our organization to enhance patient experiences and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients upon admission and during each shift, quickly identifying and addressing changes in their condition.
Perform medical procedures as directed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to needs and proactively addressing concerns.
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring their understanding of complex information.
Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment.
Active Registered Nurse license.
Associate Degree in Nursing.
