Support the product portfolio, including content creation and delivery, in line with the North America business priorities Utilize customer insights to deliver and execute audience-specific programs, inclusive of student doctors Execute engaging educational programs, including but not limited to virtual, in-person and Johnson & Johnson Institute programs for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), with supported learning journeys and communication Project-based collaboration with key partners across Global, R&D and Regional teams Deliver North America professional education content and execution Foster a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation Enable strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across NA commercial organization, as well as Global, R&D, Medical Affairs, Legal, Health Care Compliance, and IT partners Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are developed and integrated to support and comply with all legal, regulatory and HCC policies Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Optometry or professional equivalent qualification required. Doctorate degree preferred. Required 5 years of either professional education or clinical practice is required Strong speaking and communication skills are required Preferred Strong business and financial acumen are preferred People management experience preferred Domestic overnight travel may be required up to 40% Compensation
The anticipated base pay range for this position is
