We are in a transformative period for commercial real estate and workplace strategy. We are seeking an experienced Director to lead JLL\'s Consulting practice engagements specializing in Change Strategy and Transformation. This role serves as a subject matter expert who develops and implements comprehensive change strategies that align real estate transformations with enterprise objectives, organizational culture, and employee experience goals. You\'ll drive change management initiatives from roadmaps to stakeholder engagement strategies and change frameworks that ensure adoption of new workplace models, delivering measurable outcomes for global enterprises. Lead complex consulting engagements for Real Estate Change Management and Transformation projects, leveraging JLL\'s delivery models and methodologies Apply best-in-class frameworks to meet client needs, delivering enterprise-wide real estate transformations across industries Guide clients through strategic real estate transitions including outsourcing, portfolio optimization, geographic expansion, and operational scaling Design and implement comprehensive change management programs that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes Act as Engagement Manager overseeing project staffing, profitability, client relationships, and billing processes Lead capability development initiatives, define best practices, and spearhead team upskilling programs related to change and transformation Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads to identify integrated service opportunities for change management Contribute to business development through new pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Change Management, Communications, or related field 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with focus on real estate strategy, change management, and transformation initiatives Proven expertise in client advisory with specialization in organizational change management, transformation program design and implementation Strong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clients Superior executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilities Experience leading and mentoring diverse project teams History of delivering quantifiable business results and ROI through change management programs Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross-functional stakeholders Project management experience Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attributes
Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps Exceptional client relationship skills with ability to become a trusted advisor at executive levels Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing real estate change and transformation programs Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, with familiarity in agile methodologies Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities Estimated compensation for this position:
150,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Location:
