Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the IDD program operations. Supervise team members to ensure fidelity to the program model and alignment with Merakey mission. Coordinate and execute service/operational delivery to maintain full regulatory and organizational compliance. Ensure payor contract interpretation and compliance with payor requirements. Lead quality improvement initiatives and outcomes reporting. Maintain understanding of Title 17 and Title 22 regulations. Provide coverage for Program Administrator when the position is vacant or when off. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree preferred; must have no less than 4 years\' experience in the behavioral health field with at least the following: two years in a mental health setting; two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; at least two years of program management experience in a residential setting. RBT Certification required within 60 days of hire. Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Certification required. Valid CA Driver\'s license. Description

The Regional Director will report to the Executive Director. Our Regional Director will need community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH experience. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative oversight of IDD program operations, supervision of staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining Merakey’s mission. Accountable for ensuring payor contract interpretation and compliance. Leads all quality improvement initiatives and outcomes reporting. Understanding of Title 17 and Title 22. Provides coverage for Program Administrator when needed. Salary
