$22.00/hr - $29.00/hr Cetera is currently seeking a Senior Service Professional for our Advisor Support team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world-class customer service to our clients. There is potential for this to be a hybrid role based on a successful training period. Responsibilities

Cultivating meaningful connections with advisors, their teams, and clients to foster continuing relationships. Proficiently addressing queries through phone calls, regarding advisory accounts and spanning from assisting with new account setup to managing transactions and servicing requirements. Empowering advisors with exceptional support, harnessing innovative technologies to optimize their productivity and achievements. Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up. Provide in person/virtual training to clients and advisors, as well as utilize experience to provide training advisors. Able to assist with complex cases and escalations from Service Professionals Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrate a real passion for providing a high level of customer service FINRA Series 7 (or willing to obtain within 9-12 months of start date) Processing Experience: Prior experience in processing financial transactions such as journals, distributions, and check requests are highly desirable. Exceptional communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical thinker with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Courteous, empathetic, and an active listener committed to resolving client concerns effectively. Positive team player who leads by example and brings energy and results-driven mindset to every interaction. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Call Center experience highly desirable. Demonstrated experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity or Pershing in systems like Orion and Envestnet Licensing (SIE or other FINRA Licensing) Minimum Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED 3+ years Financial industry experience 1 year of experience with MS Office tools Licensing (if applicable) Travel

No Travel Required Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role is $19.70 to $31.25 an hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. About Us
