Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to drive Meta's strategic objectives within our Strategic Sourcing and Supply Development Engineering organization. This role involves understanding supply chain systems, creating advanced data modeling and business intelligence, and providing critical insights for decision making across product life cycles. You will also be instrumental in leading multiple cross-organizational strategic initiatives that have the highest visibility within Reality Labs Devices. Base pay range
$144,000.00/yr - $201,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Define, communicate, and align the architectural roadmap for RL's supply chain systems and applications Collaborate with internal product, engineering, operations and analytics teams and external supply chain vendors to build best-in-class supply chain processes, tools, data, and analytics Build effective and efficient solutions based on immediate business needs that covers major supply chain areas like Sourcing, Quality, Spend, Material Planning and Capex Provide leadership with insightful, timely, and highly reliable business intelligence to support critical decisions. Champion the data-driven approach within Reality Labs Sourcing Drive multiple cross-organizational strategic initiatives focused on efficiency and operational rigor, sponsored by leadership Continue to identify critical areas for improvement with a focus on operational efficiency at scale Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to Sourcing leadership Minimum Qualifications
B.S. degree in Supply Chain or related technical field 10+ years of relevant experience in fast growing consumer electronics industry Demonstrated experience problem solving and successfully unblocking challenges Demonstrated experience in data analytics, data visualization, and scenario based analysis Demonstrated experience adapting to changing priorities and business needs within a dynamic environment Effective communicator and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications
Advanced engineering degree Experience directly working with executive leadership Experience distilling themes from complexity and developing logical frameworks About Meta
