Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Complete change management assessments and identify resistance points Partner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis to determine impacts to people Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan Support the establishment of OCM governance structures and processes to ensure consistency across initiatives Coach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resources Oversee integration of change management activities into project plans Supervisory Responsibilities

None Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. This includes experience with cross-functional initiatives (digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plus) Certificates or Licenses

The salary range listed is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final base salary will be determined by skills, experience, and education. We consider internal equity and pay related factors in offers. Discretionary bonuses are possible and based on performance; not guaranteed.
