Overview TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Construction Corridor Manager for a new contract/project with their Federal Government Agency client. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities & Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Directorate (OSF), Border Patrol and Air & Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO) manages the planning, construction and sustainment of real, physical property for the United States Border Patrol (USBP) and Air and Marine Operations (AMO). The PMO is responsible for creating continuous and viable solutions for developing, executing, and managing on-going initiatives (including program management planning, program analysis, project management and analysis, construction oversight, and scheduling, security, and risk management) required to support the facilities needs of its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues within the assigned corridor/location.
Coordinate and track Maintenance & Repair (M&R) projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and logistics.
Prepare monthly M&R Project Coordination Reports and ensure data accuracy in TRIRIGA software or its replacement.
Support budget planning and execution for facility sustainment and operational contracts.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Assist in developing and implementing solutions for facility deficiencies and operational needs.
Maintain documentation for all facility operations including: permits, warranties, and equipment records.
Collaborate with Facility Operations Specialists, Project Managers, and Financial Management Branch.
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to validate project progress and compliance.
Provide input for spend plan analysis and assist in out-year budget forecasting.
Submit weekly and monthly status reports summarizing corridor activities and deliverables.
Required and Preferred Skills Required:
Must currently be a U.S. Citizen
The ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 or Tier 5 Public Trust governmental security check
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility management, operations, maintenance coordination, or project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide presentations based on your expertise and knowledge
Ability to travel as required and conduct site inspections
Preferred:
Experience with TRIRIGA, SAP, or similar systems preferred
Experience working with federal agencies such as USACE, GSA, or FAA
Familiarity with federal government acquisition and property management regulations
PMP certification or equivalent project management training
