Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members; guidance through candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement; assistance to launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step onboarding with a detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: In-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products offered
Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Specialty Vehicles; brokered products from multiple carriers (state varies) Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities AAA membership value includes trusted roadside assistance and access to savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care.
