About the Team The US Card Data team sources, rationalizes, standardizes, and publishes well-governed Credit Card data for analytical use cases. This data underpins credit decisions, product strategy, policy, valuations, monitoring, governance, and forecasting. The team manages 500+ data flows and 30+ data tables to serve thousands of internal stakeholders and operational use cases. As a Data Product Manager, you will develop, process, and manage all stages of Credit Card data for the organization. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate data solutions with support from partnering teams. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with a deep understanding of data systems, data processing, and user needs, excels at handling ambiguity, creating strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering solutions, and will help shape the technical infrastructure and user experience of data across the company.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours. Locations and ranges include:

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800

Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be paid according to the range for that location. The actual salary offered will be stated in the offer letter. This role may be eligible for incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
