Description About the Role

As a Product Manager - AI Partnerships, you'll help define and deliver AI-powered features for Lenovo's consumer devices. Working closely with external teams across senior PMs, engineers, designers, and AI partners, you’ll help turn concept into user-ready experiences. You’ll support all aspects of defining and developing AI-first features with internal teams and partners. This position is hybrid, 3 days/week at our office in downtown Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

Ship AI-powered solutions

across the Lenovo portfolio. This will be your primary responsibility.

Product Development Support:

Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Participate in agile rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming).

User-Centric Research:

Conduct competitive analysis, gather user feedback, and analyze device usage data to uncover opportunities for innovative AI features.

Performance & Analytics:

Track metrics such as feature adoption, inference latency, accuracy, and user satisfaction. Prepare dashboards and reports that guide feature improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with design, engineering, AI, and product operations teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed on AI/ML trends, tools, and platform capabilities, and constantly work with AI to accelerate deliveries.

Leadership Reporting:

Manage reporting and presentation of findings across business units, communicating and collaborating on reports with leaders across the company.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business preferred.

5+ years of experience with technical project coordination or delivery for a software product.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering products on Android and Windows platforms.

Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: model inference, APIs/SDKs, agent-based systems.

Analytical and metrics-driven mindset; comfortable using Excel, SQL, or basic Python.

Excellent communication and organizational skills; experience working in agile, cross-functional settings.

Cultural competency across Chinese, American, Desi, South American, and European contexts; ensure clear and tactful communication.

Enthusiastic learner, proactive, and eager to take ownership of AI feature delivery.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our downtown Chicago location.
