Cell Therapy is one of the most exciting and groundbreaking new forms of cancer treatments being studied today. The potential of this science combined with continued investment by Bristol Myers Squibb creates the need for ongoing growth of infrastructure and capabilities. The Project Management Organization (PMO) team at the Bothell CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing facility employs best practices in project and portfolio management to plan and execute critical strategic and operational changes at the site. The implementation of these projects expands and improves cell therapy manufacturing operations in support of our patients. Job Description

The Project & Portfolio Coordinator role is responsible for the collection, analysis, and communication of information on strategic programs, projects, project resourcing at the manufacturing site to facilitate prioritization of work in alignment with site and company objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the intake and approval process for new project requests and maintaining and reporting on data for in-flight projects at the site. This position will also serve as the local administrator of the project resource management tool and processes. Additional responsibilities include support of communications and project coordination. This position will report through the site Project Management Office (PMO) and will work closely with business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts across a variety of functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, MS&T, Supply Chain, Facilities & Engineering, Strategy & Business Operations, and Information Technology. Key Responsibilities

Manage the agenda, meeting materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions for the site project portfolio management meetings Work with project sponsors, project leaders, and project managers to collect and enter key information on new project requests Maintain accurate project portfolio and resource management data, working with project managers, project leaders, and resource managers to drive data management Prepare and analyze reports of program, project and resource data to provide insight and support strategic decision making Work with the PMO leader to maintain and refine project portfolio and resource management processes including development and delivery of guidance documents, training, and coaching to new and existing users Maintain an organized and accessible library of portfolio project documentation Assist as needed in documenting, maintaining, and reporting strategic objective and project management data Lead the planning and delivery of minor projects, work products, or sub-teams Facilitate team, department, and site-wide communications through the build out of content and maintenance of SharePoint sites Promote a culture of collaboration, cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement Support the onboarding of new project managers, resource managers, and project leaders Qualifications & Experience

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in engineering, science, information technology, business, or a related field 3+ years of relevant business experience preferably in life sciences Basic knowledge of financial, operational, and business management principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to interact and communicate effectively across multiple functions and reporting levels Able to manage time and tasks independently across competing priorities to meet target dates Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Teams with experience using SharePoint Awareness and interest in project management processes and methodologies Exceptional organizational skills for efficient management of a high volume of information Strong analytical and reasoning skills with high attention to detail and follow-up Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment. Able to prioritize across competing demands. A passion for learning and improvement including demonstrated action to advance project management and/or project portfolio management proficiency A team player who builds positive relationships and contributes to a collaborative project team and PMO work environment Preferred: Experience with MS Project Project or portfolio management training or work towards CAPM/PMP or similar certification 1 year project coordination or project portfolio management experience Experience with resource management tools and/or enterprise portfolio management tools Experience with data collection, analysis and trending including report and/or dashboard development Experience working in biopharma, cell therapy, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulated, or other regulated environments is a plus. Experience with business case development including NPV Compensation Overview:

Bothell - WA - US: $84,800 - $102,763 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Benefits
