As a
Regional Finance Business Partner , you’ll support a portfolio of businesses in the Midwest and act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. This role blends FP&A, controllership, and business partnering responsibilities, giving you exposure to both day-to-day finance operations and forward-looking strategy. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the financial backbone of a fast-growing, acquisitive platform, with the chance to directly influence how newly acquired businesses scale and succeed. Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across multiple businesses Provide variance analysis and forward-looking financial insights Support post-acquisition integration and performance management Oversee monthly and quarterly closes to ensure speed and accuracy Drive process improvements and system adoption (ERP implementation experience valued) Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with reporting standards Candidate Profile
6–10 years’ experience across finance and accounting, covering both FP&A and controllership Strong knowledge of GAAP, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling Background in multi-entity or acquisitive businesses (PE or public company experience a plus) ERP/system implementation experience preferred Proven ability to shorten close timelines and deliver actionable insights Collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments Location
