Overview
NSI requires a Modification Line Coordinator to support the PMA-265 Growler Systems Integration (GSI) Team to monitor Global Lightning modifications to the F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft. The candidate will coordinate with Contractor Field Teams and Organic Capability Entities to stand up multiple modification sites for Depot Level modifications of the F/A-18 Super Hornet. The candidate will oversee aircraft modification and, prior to scheduled induction dates, ensure delivery of modification kits to each site to match the variant of aircraft being inducted. Responsibilities
Track the progress of modification lines and communicate status to the PMA and stakeholders. Prepare briefing materials and progress reporting documentation for meetings. Communicate, verbally or via reporting/documentation, with IPT leadership and the DAPML regarding modification line progress, risks, issues, delays, opportunities, or other factors. Qualifications
Education: MS or MA Degree in Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or Management. Experience: At least 10 years of full-time equivalent experience in operational logistics or maintenance engineering. Four (4) years directing activities of operational technicians in comprehensive analysis across IPS elements during a job assignment in an Operational Command or supporting an Operational Command. Four (4) years of operational (fleet support) logistics experience. Two (2) years of specific experience in operational logistics planning and management to perform independent work in logistics planning, scheduling, execution and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Travel and Location
