Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking an Assistant Project Managerto join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling. You will work closely with the Project Manager as well as the office staff in house. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of plumbing project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Print drawings Get insurance for DOB/jobs Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing management or other related fields Familiarity with plumbingsoftware Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Must have knowledge of plumbing and fire suppression Must know how to read drawings
