Tradecraft SME / Business Analyst, Senior — CGI Federal CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Tradecraft SME / Business Analyst within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You will work on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities, keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology. Responsibilities

Gathering and Analyzing Requirements: collect and analyze data to understand business needs and requirements, often through interviews, surveys, and document analysis. Documenting Requirements: create detailed documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases. Process Analysis and Improvement: analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Solution Development: define and propose solutions that address identified needs and align with business objectives. Collaboration and Communication: facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment. Testing and Implementation Support: participate in testing of new systems and processes and provide support during implementation. Mentorship and Guidance: provide mentorship to intelligence analysts on tradecraft, project conceptualization, analytic techniques, and product development. Product Review: review finished intelligence products for adherence to IC standards (e.g., ICD 203) and provide feedback. Training Development and Delivery: design and deliver training programs to improve analysts’ ability to produce high-quality intelligence products. Process Improvement: identify and implement improvements in the intelligence analysis process. Structured Analytic Techniques: apply and teach structured analytic techniques to improve rigor and quality of analysis. Compliance: ensure compliance with relevant intelligence standards and requirements. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience. Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Communication Skills: strong verbal and written skills to convey technical information effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. Technical Skills: understanding of business systems, data analysis tools, and relevant technologies. Interpersonal Skills: ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence stakeholders. Location and Working Model

This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; hybrid working model is acceptable. Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00. CGI typically does not hire at the top of the range.
